Abstract Laser Lithotripsy is a therapeutic technique commonly used for the treatment of urological stones. This report presents case patient with common bile duct (CBD) stone refractory to traditional management approaches including ERCP, internal and external drains. A plan was made undergo laser lithotripsy their CBD in multi-disciplinary procedure. high-power Holmium laser, operated by Urology Consultant, perform percutaneous fragmentation stone. An Interventional Radiologist also scrubbed assist access. The Upper GI Surgeon had been involved planning on standby should there be need proceed further surgical intervention at this time. Intra-operatively, good progress reducing size stone, however due stone’s composition complete could not achieved. There current bring back attempt fragmentation. Whilst approach has described literature likely become more practice, it newly emerging trust some important considerations future practice. demonstrates value transferable skills multi-specialty pathologies which fail standard strategies.
